Dr. Fanis Aritzis, DBA

Dr. Fanis Aritzis, DBA, is an AI marketing strategist and academic lecturer with experience in leadership, marketing, and higher education across USA, Greece, Cyprus, Germany, the Netherlands, and China. He has worked in senior roles at PMI International / PAPASTRATOS, NOVA, OpenAI – Toloka, Coca-Cola HBC, Inditex, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. His work includes substantiated projects such as the launch of IQOS in Greece in 2016 and the rebrand of WIND to NOVA in 2022.

He holds a Doctorate in AI and Psychology, a second MSc currently in progress, an MFA, an MBA, an MSc in Human Resources Management, and a BA in Political Science and History. He is the creator of Theater Voice GR, a podcast placed in the top ten percent in Greece. As a DEI advocate and volunteer with Humanity Greece and Boroume, he supports community welfare and inclusion projects.
